BRETT HUTCHISON - CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER     Married and proud father of two, restaurant industry veteran Brett Hutchison began his leadership career managing Beverly Hills restaurant "Kate Mantilini" in the late 1980's under the mentorship of Harry and Marilyn Lewis of Hamburger Hamlet founding fame. In 1992, Brett moved over across Wilshire Boulevard to Louise's Trattoria after he was recruited and hired by then, District Manager Guy Fieri. During this time of working together on a daily basis, Brett and Guy began a professional business relationship and soon after became close friends. Eventually, both individual's career and goals began to take different paths and direction. However, the two remained in contact proclaiming, "Someday, we will all sit around the big table together again!" * In 1996, Brett advanced his career with restaurant industry leader Brinker International and was a Multi-Unit Director of Operations for the Romano's Macaroni Grill restaurant organization. During Macaroni Grill's growth explosion on the West Coast, Brett was awarded the opportunity to train and develop systems for over 100 General Managers, Managers, Chefs and was involved in many restaurant openings. * In 2005, Brett, his wife Lori and their two children, relocated from Los Angeles to Dallas to accept the Vice President of Operations role for Island Time Restaurant Ventures. Over the next few years, their operational team planned, constructed and opened many Fish City Grill restaurants throughout Dallas, Houston and Arkansas. * In 2009, Brett was approached to move back to the West Coast to join the organization as the Operational Leader for both Johnny Garlic's and the Tex Wasabi's concepts. He currently resides in Northern California with his family and is excited and honored to have the opportunity to now "all sit around the big table together" once again!
