Amy Solus joined the Johnny Garlic's corporate team in September of 1996. Amy's responsibilities include financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, funding and business development as well as human resources and guest relations. Amy has participated in restaurant openings, team development and training. Prior to joining the Johnny Garlic's team, Amy worked with accounting firms with a strict focus on Payroll and CA employment law.
