Johnny
Garlic's is a dynamic restaurant featuring an array
of entrée choices, fresh salads, delicious
appetizers, and mouth-watering desserts. This vivacious
concept was the product of two young entrepreneurs
in 1996, and now entertains Sonoma County guests with
full-bars and banquet rooms, an eclectic variety of
local wines, and a perfect setting for any special
occasion.
Our
Special Events and Catering Department spreads the
Johnny Garlic's concept across Northern California.
From our catering complex on Piner Road in Santa Rosa,
we put together special menus for weddings, business
parties, school lunches, and any kind of function
you can imagine. You can see our mobile trailers up
and down the coast - from the Humboldt County Fairgrounds,
to the Monterey Jazz Festival - serving our favorite
menu items to the masses.
No,
the owner of the restaurant isn't Johnny Garlic! Steve
Gruber and Guy Fieri are having a great time running
the concept they created together. Johnny is Steve's
first son (now six years old). Sara and Mathew are
his other two jewels. Garlic is a staple of many cuisines
around the world and even though most of our entrees
are not made with garlic, we enjoy the intrusiveness
and culture surrounding the popular bulb. Hence -
Johnny Garlic's!
Hunter
is Guy's five year old son, and that is where we get
our name for the Hunter's Selections. Hunter is definitely
wild and we choose a different wild meat to tantalize
your taste buds every month.
Guy
and Steve, their mangers, and our teams wish to exceed
your dining expectations, and create as many smiles
as possible. Welcome to our website! We hope you get
a good taste of what we have to offer.

Garlic's Windsor has the facility to handle
any occasion! Whether it's a quiet dinner with the
family, make your own pizza for the kids, a romantic
Valentine's Day date, or a business lunch with the
office staff, our team members can make you and your
guests feel special.
Our
banquet room seats 40 people comfortably.
